Our
residential installations are carried out using Colorlume, which is a pre-painted
Aluminium-zinc coated steel.
MATERIALS
Our
custom made gutter machines produce gutters in two sizes:
Domestic 100x125mm and Industrial 125x150mm
Our
custom made downpipe machine produces a downpipe measuring 75x75mm, which
has been proven to be more efficient and effective than the widely known 75x50mm.
On our larger installations we make use of the 75x100mm downpipe.
The Colorlume material is guaranteed against rust and peeling of paint for a period of 15 years. Our experience has shown that the normal Aluminium material is slightly thinner and therefore tends to buckle / dent more easily.

Operations
Easy Flow carry out the Ogee profile seamless installations by means of mobile factories, which ensure that the gutter is installed to the exact required lengths, thereby eliminating unsightly joints and external brackets.
Purpose made box guttering, flashings and minor roof repairs are our latest undertaking. This division, established in 2007, have most recently completed installations at Baragwanath Hospital and Gold Reef City (Basil Read), Monte Casino (Peche Roofing) and MTN (Rustenburg), MTN Qinisa Construction at 14th Avenue, Roodepoort, to name but a few.
Our barge and fascia board installations include fibre cement, wood and purpose made chromadek, where required.
